The financial department of 013 is compact. The Head of Finance, the General Ledger Administrator, the Controller and the Financial Administrative Assistant jointly arrange all financial affairs of 013. The catering and artist side of this sector make our administration special. During the day you can hear the beats from the sound check, the artists are already in the building. Concerts are our product and we do everything for that. In the team you have to deal with all disciplines (front, backstage and program) and you are involved in everything. The department takes care of much more than just bookkeeping and that makes the work fun, varied and sometimes hectic. Arranging last minute coins for a private event or an urgent payment to an artist, you will experience it. Sometimes everything has to make way for tomorrow's or tonight's show.

What will be your maintasks?

• You take care of the creditor administration.

• You check whether the documents we receive from the artists are complete.
• You make any correction entries.
• You make the payment proposals.
• You also take care of the debtor administration.
• You take care of the asset administration.
• You follow the balance files monthly.
• You keep stock and cash records.
• During a festival such as Roadburn, you and your colleagues take care of the design, guidance and support of everything that has to do with finances. You then fully dive into the festival organization!

What do we offer?

• A salary in accordance with job level 5 of the Collective Labor Agreement Dutch Poppodia and Festivals of a minimum of € 1,200 and a maximum of € 1,648 gross for 20 hours a week.

• An employment contract for initially one year with – of course – the intention to extend if we are a good fit.
